An issue that matters to me is [youth] leadership. As I observed the leadership pursuits of my peers, I saw how easily good intentioned-leaders became corrupted leaders, and how charismatic leaders became narcissistic. Some leaders that I admire in history are Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, and Nelson Mandela who not only voiced the many injustices against people of African descent, but who also called for equality for all. Je suis inspiré par la dignite que transpire les hommes dans la misere. Ils sont fiers les citoyens qui n'ont ni nourriture, ni couverture, ni voiture, ils sont fiers d'être des hommes. Je suis aussi inspiré par l'indecence des hommes qui possèdent le pouvoir de corriger certaines choses mais qui ne le font pas parce qu'ils oublient ou ignorent ce que cela veut dire avoir faim ou avoir soif. Communication is key. A good leader listens and cares about everyone's wants and needs. In my opinion a good leader should be respectful and understanding. They should take the time and investigate problems and situations they might encounter. Relate to the public and you are a good leader. ( leggi altro)
